Collection: Sunflowers

Sunflowers are fascinating plants that not only stand out with their bright yellow blossoms, but also possess a multitude of positive qualities. They belong to the genus Helianthus and are primarily known for their ability to orient themselves towards the sun – a phenomenon known as heliotropism.

Sunflowers offer me a wonderful opportunity to experiment with light and color. Their large, radiant blooms can be photographed in various lighting conditions, resulting in stunning images. Whether in a field full of sunflowers or as a single bloom in the garden – they are always eye-catching.

Many bees, bumblebees and other insects feed on the nectar, giving me time to take lots of beautiful photos.
